Our dedicated team of home delivery specialists operates nationwide to deliver everything from sofas to sideboards, beds to bookcases and dining tables to desks. All directly to the doors of our customers.

We aim to deliver within 10 working days* or less and when we have processed your order we will call you to arrange a date and time.

​

We try to keep delivery prices as competitive as possible and always aim to offer best possible value for money with a service that is second to none. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: When delivering outside England & Wales contact us on the above email or telephone number prior to making your purchase to arrange delivery price. If delivery is outside of England and wales and you select this option at the checkout this will affect the dispatch of your order until correct delivery amount is paid.

Can I still place an order online for delivery?
Yes, orders can still be placed through our website. Please see below for delivery information.


Can I still receive delivery of my furniture items?
Yes, we worked hard to establish methods of delivery that are safe for both our staff and our customers. 
We can now safely deliver furniture to a room of your choice again. Our trained delivery teams are following strict safeguarding measures to protect themselves and you, but if you would still prefer contact-less delivery to your doorstep, garden, garage or outbuilding then this can also be arranged - just let us know when we book your delivery with you.

 

Our expert delivery teams have been thoroughly trained on how to conduct in-house deliveries safely. 
When we call to arrange your delivery, you will be informed of how to prepare and what to expect.

For example:
- You should ensure that the route to your room of choice is clear and that all doors are open.
- You should ensure that your chosen area is accessible so that we do not need to touch or move any of your existing furniture.
- Please remove all ornaments and wall hangings to ensure their safety.

- Your delivery driver will contact you on the day to confirm that no one in the property is self-isolating.


All items will be delivered packaged or re-packaged - we are able to offer an assembly service and packaging removal for upholstery items only.  


What are we doing to keep you and us safe?
The health and well-being of our customers and employees remains our primary concern, therefore there will be a limited number of staff in our warehouses. We will continue to follow guidance on the best methods to prevent the spread of infection in accordance with recommendations provided by the World Health Organisation and Government Guidelines.


What if I am self-isolating or do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?
If you are ordering a larger piece of furniture then you may be eligible for delivery to a room of your choice, but if it is not safe or you do not wish for us to enter your home then please let us know and we will arrange a contact-less delivery.
