Our items can be ex-display, cancelled orders, returns or even faulty/damaged goods – this information will always be listed on their product page and a full quality check will have been carried out prior to listing with any damage, scratches, defects etc all noted and clearly advertised on the items posting. Even though our items have been quality checked some imperfections may have been missed during the inspection process.
If you collect/receive an item that is damaged when/where it should not have been then please contact our Outlet Team immediately on 01773 749727 and we will advise you accordingly. Please note that we cannot accept returns- items are sold as seen.
